REFUND & LAY BY POLICIES

In accordance with the Trade Policies Act we are obligated to notify you of the following requirements:

 

REFUND

Please choose your Real Collectable carefully as refunds are NOT given simply because you have changed your mind or wish to cancel your lay by. If your product is in some way faulty, has become unavailable or the quoted time for delivery has elapsed we are happy to grant a refund on these grounds.

 

LAY BYS

A lay by is a written agreement that binds both parties.
We cannot sell the item to anyone else because you have entered into an agreement to purchase this product.
Lay bys not fully payed within the agreed time will be cancelled and deposit payments will NOT be refunded. 

Please ask a staff member if you are in doubt as to any of these conditions.

When Placing an item on Lay-by conditions apply below:

  1. 30% Deposit Minimum
  2. Lay-by period maximum 8 weeks
    (can extend layby time for some items, ask staff)
  3. Regular fortnightly payments required.
  4. Lay-bys not collected by due date will be returned to stock and no refunds will be given
  5. Lay-bys can only be commenced in the stores. NOT FOR INTERNET CUSTOMERS

 

CURRENCY

All prices are in Australian Dollars.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not share your details with any third parties other than those required to deliver the product to you, such as the freight company.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. As many of our suppliers are independent designers and craft people there may be occasional delays.

 

DELIVERY, SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Most of our products are held in our central warehouse

Allow up to 14 working days from receipt of payment

All prices quoted are don't include delivery.

You are responsible for paying any local duty or taxes on goods delivered outside Australia if applied

 

POSTAGE AND HANDLING CHARGES

Deliveries will be by Australia Post via parcel post and e-parcel, insurance is included in the cost and both services are trackable from the time of posting and require a signature at their destination as proof of delivery. 

Within Australia
Subject to the size or weight of the product. 

Outside Australia
Subject to the size or weight of the product.

 

RETURNS

All requests for returns must be lodged within seven days of receipt of goods

If you receive incorrect or faulty goods please lodge a request for return within seven days of receipt of goods and we will arrange for a refund or replacement

All goods remain the property of the sender until received by Superstars and Legends

Please quote your invoice number in all correspondence
